摘要
Fe-B合金凭借其低廉的成本,优异的强韧性和耐磨性,有望成为新一代抗磨材料。本文阐述了国内外在Fe-B合金研究方面的进展,包括Fe-B合金成分设计及制备方法、热处理方法、硼化物形态改善、磨损性能及失效行为、Fe-B合金的应用。最后,探讨了Fe-B合金未来发展方向和今后研究的重点。
Fe-B alloy has attracted much attention as new kind of wear-resistant material due to its low cost, high strength and toughness, and high wear resistance. This paper reviews research progress of wear resistant Fe-B alloy, including the alloy design, fabrication, heat treamtment, improvement of boron morphology, wear properties and wear failure behaviour, and application. At last, development direction and research emphasis on the Fe-B alloy are discussed.
