To understand the situation textile industry faced in 2014, China National Textile ＆ Apparel Council （CNTAC） organized the spring investigation from end of February to mid-March, on the topic of cotton issue, energy conservation, development of productivity, survival of SMEs, technological innovation, brand building, regional distribution and e-commerce. The ei.clht topics are major issues of the industry.
