摘要
目的:观察稳心颗粒治疗更年期心律失常的疗效。方法:将79例更年期心律失常女性患者分为治疗组(n=37)和对照组(n=42),对照组口服谷维素(10mg/次,3次/d)及维生素B1(10mg/次,3次/d),治疗组在对照组的基础上加服稳心颗粒(9g/次,3次/d),4周后观察两组的疗效,治疗前后两组都检查心电图、动态心电图、肝功能、肾功能、血常规、尿常规。结果:治疗组总有效率83.78%,对照组总有效率45.23%(X2=7.659,P<0.008),差异显著;治疗组和对照组之间的不良反应无差异(X2=0.877,P=0.463)。结论:稳心颗粒治疗更年期心律失常有较高的效率。
Objective： To observe the efficacy of Wen Xin Ke Li on menopause female＇s arrhythmia. Methods seventy-nine menopause female with arrhythmia were randomly divided into control group （n=37） and treatment group （n=42）. The patients of control group were given oryzanol 10mg three times a day and vitamin B1 10mg three times a day; the patients of treatment group were given Wen Xin Ke Li 9g three times a day plus oryzanol and vitamin Bt. All patients oral taken medicine for 4 weeks. Before and after the study, patients was examined electrocardiogram, holter monitoring electrocardiogram, hepatic function, renal function, blood routine, urine routine,et al. Results The total efficiency of treatment group was 83.78%,the total efficiency of control group was 45.23% with a significant statistically difference （X^2=7.659,P=0.008）, there had no significant statistically difference of the adverse reaction between the two groups （X^2= 0.877,P=0.463 ）. Conclusion Wen Xin Ke Li can be used to treat of menopause female＇s arrhythmia, with high efficacy.
