摘要
灰兜巴粗多糖经柱色谱分离得到了4种组分:HDB-1、HDB-2、HDB-3、HDB-4,研究了灰兜巴粗多糖及这4种组分的抗氧化活性.结果表明:在0.2~1.0 mg/mL浓度范围内,灰兜巴粗多糖及4种组分的抗氧化活性均呈现随样品浓度的增加而递增的趋势.
The crude huidouba polysaccharides were separated by using DEAE-52-CeUulose (C1-) ion-exchange column chromatography to obtain four fractions: HBD-l, HBD-2, HBD-3 and HBD-4. The antioxidant activities of the obtained four fractions were studied, and the results indicated that antioxidant activities of both the four fractions and the crude huidouba polysaccharides increased as the sample concentration increased in a 0.2 to 1.0 mg/mL range.
