氧氟沙星混配金属配合物的合成与抑菌活性 被引量:1

摘要 以氧氟沙星作为母体,吡啶衍生物(邻菲啰啉、2,9-二甲基-1,10-邻菲啰啉、2,2′-联吡啶、4,4′-二甲基-2,2′-联吡啶、8-羟基喹啉)为辅助配体,选择与生理功能密切相关的铜(Ⅱ)、钴(Ⅱ)、镍(Ⅱ)、锌(Ⅱ)、锰(Ⅱ)等5种过渡金属离子,采用不同方法合成23种新型配合物,对其进行红外光谱表征.以大肠杆菌和枯草芽胞杆菌为供试菌种,测定配体及混配过渡金属配合物的抑菌活性.结果表明:铜(Ⅱ)、锌(Ⅱ)、镍(Ⅱ)配合物的抑菌活性强于氧氟沙星,其中铜(Ⅱ)的抑菌活性最强;辅助配体的抑菌活性较差;配合物对大肠杆菌的抑菌活性强于枯草芽胞杆菌. Ofloxacin being the first ligand, the pyridine derivatives (1,10-phenanthroline, 2,9-dimethyl-l,10-phenan- line, 2,2'-bipyridine, 4,4'-dimethyl-2,2'-bipyridine, 8-hydroxyquinoline) were chosen as the auxiliary ligands, and the biologically functional transition metals, including Cu( Ⅱ ), Co( Ⅱ), Ni( Ⅱ), Zn(Ⅱ ), Mn( Ⅱ), were selected to synthesize twenty-three complexes. Furthermore, the possible structures were determined by IR spectra. The antibacterial activity tests on all the ligands and complexes against Escherichia coli and Bacillus subtilis were performed in vitro. The results showed that the complexes of Cu( Ⅱ ), Zn( Ⅱ) and Ni( Ⅱ ) had better antibacterial activity than ofloxacin, espe-cially the activity of complexes of Cu ( Ⅱ ), and the antibacterial activity of auxiliary ligands was the worst. Compared with B. subtills, the complexes had better antibacterial activity on E. coll.
