局部晚期宫颈癌体外放射治疗的进展 被引量:8

摘要 宫颈癌是妇女最常见的恶性肿瘤之一,目前局部晚期宫颈癌的标准治疗模式是外照射结合近距离腔内放疗,但如何更好地提高肿瘤靶区放射剂量同时减少周围组织受照剂量一直是妇科放疗研究的焦点。随着放疗技术的不断发展,三维适形放疗、调强放疗、图像引导的放射治疗等精确放疗新技术可很好提高靶区放射剂量同时降低周围组织放射剂量,本文主要就这些新技术的优点、应用情况及疗效进行综述,为临床工作提供参考。
