摘要
目的:探讨祛痰逐瘀法治疗后循环缺血所致的眩晕的临床疗效。方法:依据多普勒将后循环缺血伴眩晕的60例患者随机分为两组,对照组单纯采用常规西药治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上配合中医药补益肾精、祛痰逐瘀法进行治疗。结果:治疗组效果明显高于对照组,总有效率为86.7%。结论:中西医结合疗法治疗后循环缺血所致眩晕明显优于单纯采用西药治疗,能增强机体自身的敏感性,减轻靶器官损伤,治疗效果较好。
Objective：To study clinical efficacy of the integrative medicine on vertigo resulted from posterior circulation ischemia. Methods：Based on the Doppler, 60 patients were randomly divided into two groups, the control group was given routine western medicine solo, and another was given the integrative medicine. Results：The total efficiency in the treatment group was 86.7%, obviously better than that in the control. Conclusion：The integrative medicine can enhance body’s sensitivity, reduce target organ damage, and it was better than western medicine solo.
