摘要
目的:探讨豁痰祛瘀通络中药膏剂治疗冠状动脉临界病变的临床疗效及其安全性。方法:将90例冠脉造影证实为冠状动脉临界病变的不稳定心绞痛患者随机分为两组,对照组45例给予常规西药治疗,观察组45例在对照组基础上给予豁痰祛瘀通络膏剂口服治疗。结果:观察组在临床疾病疗效和中医证候疗效方面明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:从痰论治冠脉临界病变不稳定心绞痛患者疗效可靠。
Objective：To study clinical efficiency and safety of Huotan Quyu Tongluo ointment on treating critical coronary lesions. Methods：90 patients were randomly divided into two groups, 45 cases for each, the control group was given western medicine, another was given Huotan Quyu Tongluo ointment. Results：The total efficiency in observation group was obviously better than the control （P＆lt;0.05）. Conclusion：Huotan Quyu Tongluo ointment for critical coronary lesions unstable angina is effective and reliable.
