摘要
目的:分析和研究中医手法治疗在急性乳腺炎预防中的重要作用及临床疗效。方法:对我院180例急性乳腺炎患者使用中医手法治疗及早期药物治疗,并进行分组相互对照研究。结果:选用中医手法的患者总有效率为78.89%,选用药物治疗患者总有效率为43.33%,中医手法治疗在急性乳腺炎的预防中有非常重要的作用。结论:中医手法治疗在预防急性乳腺炎病情发展形成乳腺脓肿过程中有显著疗效,避免了使用药物而导致的停止哺乳,同时避免了后期形成脓肿必须手术切开引流给患者带来的心理及经济双重负担,在临床应用中值得推广。
Objective：To analyze and study important effects and clinical efficacy of TCM therapy for preventing acute mastitis respectively. Methods： 180 cases of acute mastitis were treated with TCM therapy and medicine. Results： The total efficacy in TCM therapy group was 78.89%, in the medicine group 43.33%. TCM therapy played an important role in preventing acute mastitis. Conclusion：In preventing breast abscess formation, TCM therapy was obviously effective and worthy of clinical promotion, had less adverse reactions than western medicine and surgery.
