关节镜下FasT-Fix缝合半月板损伤132例中期疗效观察 被引量:7

摘要 目的观察关节镜下FasT-Fix缝合装置修复半月板损伤的中期疗效。方法自2009-05—2010-05在关节镜下使用FasT-Fix缝合132例半月板损伤,根据不同的损伤类型采用不同缝合方法。结果本组缝合1~4针,每针缝合时间均≤5 min。132例均获随访12~27(17.7±3.4)个月。Lysholm评分由术前平均(35.24±11.53)分提高到术后(87.26±9.72)分,差异有统计学意义(t=3.02,P〈0.01)。术后膝关节伸屈活动正常,无交锁症状,无并发症发生。结论采用FasT-Fix修复半月板损伤操作快捷、简便,临床疗效满意,是修复半月板撕裂的有效方法。
