摘要
通过分析连铸结晶器漏钢的类型和预报原理,提出热电偶测温法与摩擦力法相结合的预报方法,并设计出基于LabVIEW的连铸结晶器粘结漏钢预报系统。结果表明,粘结漏钢是最常见的连铸结晶器漏钢事故,采用热电偶测温法和摩擦力法相结合的方法,能更及时准确的对粘结漏钢进行预报。
The forecasting system for continuous casting crystallizer was schemed out based on LabVIEW. The results show that the breakouts by sticking hold the biggest ratio among the all kind of breakouts, and the breakout in sticking can be forecasted in time and accurately by the combination of thermocouple thermometry method and friction force method.
