摘要
利用Gleeble-3500热模拟机对DP600双相钢动态连续冷却时的相变规律进行了实验研究,并对中温卷取工艺进行了模拟。在实验数据的基础上,分析了不同工艺参数对双相钢组织的影响,确定了合理的DP600双相钢的加热温度、开轧温度、两阶段冷却策略、卷取温度等关键工艺参数。该工艺可以为热轧DP600双相钢的实际生产提供一定的参考。
The phase transformation laws of DP600 dual phase steel during dynamic continuous cooling were researched by Gleeble-3500 thermal simulate machine. And the moderate temperature coiling process was simulated. On the basis of experimental data, the influences of different process parameters on the microstructure of DP steel were also analyzed. And a reasonable heating temperature, rolling temperature, the two stages cooling strategy, coiling temperature and other key parameters of the DP600 dual phase steel were ascertained. This process can provide a reference for practical production of hot rolled DP600 dual phase steel.
