摘要
从我国农产品质量安全监管机构设置及职责、法律法规体系、检验检测体系、市场准入制度4个方面分析了我国农产品质量安全管理的现状,同时指出了我国农产品质量安全管理中存在的问题,并提出了完善我国农产品质量安全管理工作体系的措施及建议,以期为我国农产品质量安全管理提供参考。
The supervision status of quality safety of China＇s agricultural products was analyzed from four aspects of the setting and responsibilities of quality safety supervision organizations, the system of laws and regulations, inspection and testing system and market access system of China＇s agricultural products. And the existing problems in the supervision of quality safety of China＇s agricultural products were pointed out. And some measures and suggestions were put forward for perfecting the supervision system of quality safety of China＇ s agricultural products, so as to provide references for the supervision of quality safety of China＇ s agricultural products.
