从国家宏观体制、地方监督机制、院校管理体系等方面,对如何构建"双证融通"的管理体制与机制进行探讨,提出相关的对策。
This essay probes into the construction of the“ Dual-certificate Integration” management system and mecha- nism as well as putting forward relevant measures in the aspects of the macrosystem of China, local supervision mechanisms and management systems of colleges and universities.
