摘要
研究为了精确控制蒸汽的质量和添加量,对制粒系统进行了改造,在此基础上制定了猪饲料制粒加工工艺参数。同时进行了制粒成本的精细化研究,并发现,在产量提高16%的情况下,平均吨电耗反而下降了25%。
In this study, in order to accurately control the quality and quantity of steam, we had improved the pelleting processing system, and formulated the parameters of pelleting process on the basis. Moreover carried out meticulous research on the cost of pelleting and found that the production had been increased by 16%, while the cost had been reduced by 25%.
