摘要
二极管箝位型三电平脉宽调制(PWM)变流器是目前研究较广的一种多电平变换器。基于二极管箝位型三电平PWM变流器的工作原理,研究了空间矢量脉宽调制(SVPWM)方法的原理,针对SVPWM算法具有较大的复杂性问题,提出了一种通过坐标旋转实现SVPWM的快速算法。同时,设计并搭建了一台66 kVA的三电平交流器实验样机,验证了控制方法的正确性与实际应用的可行性。
Diode clamped three level PWM inverter is a multi-level converter which is widely studied.Based on the working principle of diode clamped three level PWM inverter, the method of space vector pulse width modulation (SVPWM) principle is studied.For the large complexity of SVPWM algorithm,a SVPWM fast algorithm by rotation of coordinates is proposed.Mean-while, a three-level inverter prototype of 66 kVA is designed and built,the correctness of control methods and the feasibility of the practical application are verified.
