摘要
为满足混合动力汽车在电驱动模式与再生制动模式之间切换时动态响应快、母线电压过冲小的需求,分析了双向DC/DC变换器基于直流母线电压环输出的极性正负判断模式切换的方法。分别推导了电驱动模式与再生制动模式下双向DC/DC变换器的动态模型,并设计了相应的调节器。在5 kW的实验模型上进行了初步的实验验证。实验结果表明,所采用的控制与切换方法,能实现双向DC/DC变换器在模式切换时快速的切换与控制,满足混合动力汽车的应用要求。
To meet the special requirements of fast dynamic response and small DC bus voltage overshoot in mode swap between vehicle electrical driving mode and regenerative braking mode, a mode swap method based on the DC bus voltage loop's output polarity of bidirectional DC/DC converter is analyzed.Dynamic models of this bidirectional DC/DC converter under vehicle electrical driving mode and regenerative braking mode are derived.Corresponding con- trollers are also designed.Finally,the preliminary experimental verification is conducted in a 5 kW bidirectional DC/ DC converter model.The experimental results indicate that the system has fast dynamic response in mode swap under the adopting control and mode swap method, which is suited to hybrid electric vehicles.
