摘要
分析比较了现有几种常用10 kV电缆的测试方法,对电缆振荡波局放测试的原理进行了分析计算。通过在大量现场试验中发现的故障实例,验证了振荡波局放测试能够反映出电缆中间头施工时绝缘本体划伤、压接管毛刺未打磨、接头错用绝缘胶带等缺陷,还能反映电缆整体绝缘老化或受潮的情况,并找出了这些缺陷类型的振荡波局放定位图谱特征。另外,建议将此项试验列入新入网电缆和电缆中间头故障抢修后的交接试验。
Several methods for testing 10 kV cable are compared. The principle of the partial discharge(PD) test with oscillating voltage is analyzed. A large number of onsite tests verify that the PD test with oscillating voltage can really reveal some defects in medium-connection of a cable and its insulation degradation. In addition, the PD mapping characteristics of these defect types are determined. It is suggested that the PD test with oscillating voltage be applied to the acceptance tests of new cables and the cable after repair of defect in medium-connection.
