摘要
目的观察益气活血法对气虚血瘀型糖尿病肾病早中期患者尿液足细胞标记蛋白的影响。方法选取60例中医辨证属于气虚血瘀型的糖尿病肾病早中期患者,随机分为治疗组和对照组,各30例,对照组采用常规糖尿病健康教育、控制血压血糖以及对症支持治疗,治疗组在对照组治疗的基础上加用当归补血汤,治疗3个月后观察2组患者临床症状以及尿液足细胞标记蛋白的变化。结果在改善临床症状和体征,降低尿液足细胞标记蛋白等方面,治疗组作用比对照组更为明显,且差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论益气活血法能有效改善早中期糖尿病肾病气虚血瘀型患者的临床症状,保护肾功能,延缓病情进展。
Objective Observe the effect of Danggui Blood-supplementing Decoction on PCX in patients with Diabetic Nephropathy. Methods 60 patients were randomly divided into treatment and control group （30 case per group）. Both groups were treated with routine therapeutic methods, and the Chinese Herb Compound were added in the treatment group. Results The level of PCX in treatment group decreased markedly after being treated with the Chinese Herb Compound Danggui Blood-supplementing Decoction for 3 months, which had the statistical difference （ P 〈 0.05） compared with the control group. Conclusion The method of Benefiting Qi and Promoting Blood can improve the clinical symptoms and renal function.
