摘要
针对目前国内城市轨道交通中应用的整体现浇式钢弹簧浮置板轨道结构在施工过程中的常见疑难问题,在满足减振要求的前提下,提出采用新型预制短板浮置板轨道的应对方案及相应的质量控制办法。介绍了预制短板浮置板轨道结构的施工工艺和关键施工技术,以及预制短板浮置板轨道在施工性能上较整体现浇式浮置板轨道的优势,为预制短板浮置板轨道结构在日后工程中的应用提供参考。
In view of common problemsin the construction process of whole castfloating slab track for urban rail tran-sit,a new-type precast short board floating slab track is put forward to meet the damping requirements for construction process and quality control. The key construction technology of the precast short board floating slab track and its advantages over the traditional whole castfloating slab track are introduced, to provide some references for the application of the precast short board floating slab track structure in the future.
