摘要
为了选择一种更适合青霉素产生菌的保藏方法,保障种子生产能力的稳定,比较了砂土管保藏法、冷冻干燥法、液氮超低温保藏法和甘油管低温保藏法4种常用方法对青霉素产生菌的影响。结果表明青霉素产生菌短期保存时选择甘油低温保藏,长期保存时选择砂土保藏。
In order to select the better culture collection method of penicillium chrysogenum, ensure the strain production capability, the effects of four common methods including sand tube preservation method, freeze-drying method, liquid nitrogen temperature preservation method and glycerol preservation method at low temperature on penicillium chrysogenum were compared. The results showed that the glycerin low temperature preservation method was better at short-term preservation of peniciUium chrysogenum, and the sand tube preservation method was better at long-term preservation.
