摘要
黑龙江龙煤股份公司鹤岗分公司井下使用的风门,由于矿井通风负压关系影响,存在风门开启困难的问题。风门间如何实现开门卸压一直是该煤矿未能很好解决的技术难题。本文设计的双向手柄旋转式百叶窗自动卸压机构解决了风门开启困难的问题,实现了卸压、开门在短时间内一气呵成,并且操作快捷方便,同时又可兼做两道风门间嘹望窗使用,能够相互观看到另一道风门的状况,是否通车、行人、联锁机构是否正常。此装置具市场前景广阔。
Because of the negative pressure in the underground of Hegang coal mine Co. , LTD, it is difficultto open the ventilation door. How to release the pressure while opening the ventilation door remains s technicalproblem. This design of two - way rotary shutters automatically handle relief agencies to address the difficultissues open throttle to achieve a relief, wrapped up in a short time to open the door, and convenient operation,and observed between two ventilation door , is able to watch the conditions in other channel, whether traffic,pedestrians, interlocking mechanism is normal. This device has broad market prospects.
