钢箱梁内表面涂装用水性丙烯酸防腐漆的研究 被引量:4

摘要 研究中以DS-01无皂乳液(或者进口926防锈乳液)作为成膜物质,疏水改性聚羧酸盐731A作为分散剂,二丙二醇甲醚作为成膜助剂,辅以水性流变助剂LT与WT-204(二者复配使用)制备了一系列性能优异的水性丙烯酸防腐漆。实验表明水性丙烯酸防腐漆体系具有很好的耐盐雾性能,且一次成膜厚度高、表干时间较快、贮存稳定性良好。整个水性配套体系不仅环保,而且价格低廉、施工方便。
