摘要
制度公正是人的全面发展进程中必须面对的客观因素,尤其在社会转型阶段显得更为重要。制度公正直接关系着人的生存和发展,是人的全面发展的伴生物,人的全面发展有制度公正的支撑,才能构建不同发展阶段中人的全面发展所需要的框架基础。制度公正和人的全面发展的必然联系,为进一步探究制度公正和人的全面发展的内涵以及深度挖掘二者之间辩证统一关系,奠定了多层面的理论基点;同时为寻求制度公正与人的全面发展互动互促和谐发展的有效途径提供现实价值。
It is very important to the institutional justice because we must face this object factor during the process of the all- round development of people,especially in the process of social transformation.Because institutional justice directly relates to human existence and development,associating with the all- round development of people and supporting it,we could build the basis of framework about the all- round development of people in different stages of development.In order to explore their connotation and dialectical unity relationship,and the necessary link between institutional and the all- round development of people establishes the multifaceted theoretical basis.At the same time,it provides a realistic value for searching the effective way of the harmonious development about them.
