摘要
本文以门诊一卡通为基础,对门诊医生站和收费系统进行了升级,并利用Webservice调用医保接口函数,设计了医保医师处方上传系统及费用审核系统,实现了医院医保处方上传和医保费用的双重审核。
The outpatient doctor workstation with its charging system were upgraded based on the outpatient medical card. This paper introduced the design process of the submitting and billing auditing system for medicare prescription which was developed by invoking medicare interface function with Webservice. Thus the dual vetting of the submitting and billing of medicare prescription has been implemented with the application of the system.
