摘要 探讨了漏磁检测技术在大型常压储罐底板缺陷检测中的应用可行性,利用TMS-08罐底漏磁扫描仪对某石化公司2台5万m3的石脑油储罐底板进行现场检测,给出了底板的腐蚀程度和缺陷分布状况,并综合宏观检测和超声波测厚结果证实了漏磁检测方法的可靠性,依据API 653-2009《储罐检验、维修、改造和重建》对储罐底板进行了完整性评定,为储罐的安全运行提供了保障。 The feasible application of magnetic flux leakage method in large atmosphere tank detection was discussed. TMS-08 was used for appraising corrosion status of two 5 × 10^4 m^3 , and ultrasonic thickness testing method was also used at the same time. The comparative results show that MFL results responses degree and distribution of corrosion well. Finally, some repair suggestions were proposed based on API 653-2009 Tank Inspection ,Repair,Alteration and Reconstruction to business entrepreneur, the safe of atmosphere tank were guaranteed.
