摘要
对采油用清防蜡剂主要性能指标的检测方法进行了详细的实验论证,主要研究和探讨了恒温水浴温度对溶蜡速率测定的影响,盐含量测定仪测定氯含量的影响因素,二硫化碳浓度测试实验影响因素。结果表明:溶蜡速率测定对恒温水浴设备的要求为精确控温在0.1℃;微机盐含量测定仪测试有机氯含量可以较好地解决人工滴定法存在的终点难判断、人为误差较大等问题;二硫化碳浓度检测需把控好吸收液反应时间以及碘液与黄原酸盐反应时间。通过对检测方法论证与研究,为油田清防蜡剂产品质量评价检验机构及检验工作者提供一定的指导和借鉴。
The experimental demonstration of the testing methods of the main performance indictors of the paraffin removing and in- hibiting agent for oil recovery are carried out, and the effect of water bath temperature on wax melting rate determination, the influencing factors of chlorine content determining using salt content determiner and the influencing factors of carbon disulfide concentration determining experiment are mainly discussed. The results show that: the precision of the water bath temperature for wax melting rate determination is 0.1℃; organic chlorine content determining using inorganic salt content determiner can well solve the difficulties that the terminal point is hard to judge and human error is large in manual titration; the carbon disulfide concentration determining experiment should control well the reaction time of absorbing liquid and the reaction time of iodine liquid with xanthonate. The research results can provide guidance and reference for the quality evaluation and testing institutions and testers of oilfield paraffin removing and inhibiting products.
