摘要
目的:研究确立医用特殊耗材计量管理理论与应用技术。方法:利用德尔菲法,设计医用特殊耗材分级管理调查问卷,运用统计学方法对结果进行数据分析,得出结论,确立医用特殊耗材在计量管理范畴的分类方法,开发基于信息系统、条码技术的医用特殊耗材计量检测信息管理系统。结果:设计了医用特殊耗材计量检定分级管理办法和技术路径,建立了医院医用特殊耗材管理体系,改进了管理制度。结论:从医疗安全和医学计量管理角度,界定医用特殊耗材管理定义,调整优化医用特殊耗材管理工作流程,可提高其院内流通效率和管理质量。
Objective To study the theory and applied technique for metrology management of special medical consumables in the military hospital. Methods Delphi method was used to design the questionnaire for hierarchical management for special medical consumables, and statistics was applied to data analysis of the results. The sorting method for special medical consumables was determined from the aspect of metrology management, and a metrology information management system for special medical consumables was developed on the bases of information system and barcoding technique. Results The means and path of hierarchical management for special medical consumables were designed, and the management system and regulation were established. Conclusion The definition of special medical consumables management is discussed from the aspects of medical safety and metrology management, and tbe working flow is regulated to enhance circulation efficiency and management quality.
