摘要
分析了露天生产过程中矿爆破动载荷对边坡岩体的影响机理,从多方面分别阐述了影响爆破震动效应的因素,揭示了爆破过程中炮孔装药量、传播介质以及起爆条件等对爆破动载荷的影响。采用边坡稳定性分析软件,以哈尔乌素露天矿边帮为工程实例建立工程地质模型,并且将爆破动载荷以峰值加速度形式纳入稳定性分析过程,对不同峰值加速度下的边坡稳定系数进行求解分析。分析结果表明:边帮岩体在未受到爆破作用扰动时处于稳定状态,随着爆破作用引起的峰值加速度从0增加到0.4g的过程中,边坡稳定性系数逐渐从原始状态下1.155降至0.634,边坡处于失稳状态,爆破震动对边坡稳定性影响显著;峰值加速度a与边坡稳定性系数Fs之间存在显著的线性关系,随着峰值加速度增加,Fs呈线性下降,两者线性拟合度R2为0.99。
The article analyzes the impact mechanism of blasting dynamic load on rock slope in the openpit mine productionprocess illustrates the factors of influencing blasting vibration effect in many aspects, rand reveals the influence of hole loading,propagation medium and detonating conditions ete on blasting dynamic load. Using slope stability analysis software, engineeringgeology model is established taking Haerwusu surface mine slope as an example, and the peak acceleration is considered into theanalysis of slope stability. The slope stability coefficients under different peak acceleration are solved and analyzed. The resultsshow that: the slope rock keeps in a stable state initially, as the peak acceleration rises from 0 to 0.4g, the coefficient of slopestability drops from 1.155 to 0.634, and the slope starts instability. The blasting vibration has obvious influence on slope stability,and peak acceleration a and slope stability coefficient F, have an obvious linear relationship. As the peak acceleration ascends, Fs decreases in a linear fashion, and the R2 between them is 0.99.
