摘要
目的建立测定人血浆中地西泮浓度的一阶导数分光光度法,为临床应用提供技术参考。方法采用一阶导数光谱法在240.0 nm波长处测定人血浆中地西泮浓度。结果地西泮在5.35~31.85μg/mL范围呈良好线性关系;其回归方程为D=1.241×10^-3C+3.0706×10^-4(r=0.9979);平均回收率为100.85%,RSD=1.88%(n=6)。结论该法操作简单,测定结果准确,适用于地西泮血药浓度的监测。
Objective To develop first order derivative spectrophotometry for the determination of Diazepam concentration in human plasma, to provide the technical reference for its clinical application. Methods The first order derivative spectrophotometry was performed at the wavelength of 240.0 nm. Results Diazepam showed a good linear relationship within a ranger of 5.35-31.85 μg/mL, the regression equation was D=1.241×10^-3C+3.0706×10^-4(r=0.9979); the average recovery was 100.85% and RSD=1.88%(n=6). Conclusion This method is simple to operate and accurate in the detection results, and can be applied in the analysis of Diazepam in human plasma.
