摘要
现代有轨电车项目因其运能较大"舒适度高"、"能耗小"、"污染少"等特点在我国具有广阔的前景。目前,我国多个地方已经在建和规划现代有轨电车项目,其工程造价编制的准确性对于投资控制意义十分重大。在编制有轨电车工程造价过程中会出现各种各样的问题,影响工程造价的准确性。针对上述情况,此文对影响有轨电车工程造价编制的主要因素进行了浅析,对影响工程造价编制的建设标准、定额采用、取费程序、线路方式、车站规模等主要因素进行了归纳,并提出了相应的对策。
Highly-comfortable quality, low energy consumption and low pollution are the three important features for the success of the modern tramcar in our country. Nowadays, there are a lot of cities in planning and even building the modern tramcar, and the accuracy of its projects cost compilation plays a significant role in financial control. The accuracy of the projects cost has been effected by various real problems in the process of cost compilation of modern tramcar engineering. Based on such situation above mentioned, this article is considered to analyze the main factors that impact the accuracy of the projects cost compilation of the modern tramcar, focusing on the descriptions of the standards of the construction, quota adopted, collecting fees program, the methods of the circuits and the scale of the station, then, providing the possible corresponding countermeasures.
