摘要
目的研究集束干预策略(CLB)对预防ICU中心静脉导管相关性血流感染(CLABSI)的影响。方法在基线阶段,只进行动态监测和手部卫生的培训;在干预阶段,系统培训CLB,并进行动态监测及根据CLB的措施进行信息反馈。结果成人基线组的CLB整体依从性为0.0%,成人干预组的整体依从性为37.2%(P<0.05)。儿童基线组的CLB整体依从性为7.9%,儿童干预组的CLB整体依从性为20.1%(P<0.05)。成人基线组的CLABSI发生率为7.6%,成人干预组的CLABSI发生率为2.3%(P<0.05);儿童基线组的CLABSI发生率为5.3%,儿童干预组的CLABSI发生率为0.0%(P<0.05)。结论 CLB能显著降低成人与儿童的CLABSI发生率,提高成人与儿童的CLB整体依从性。
Objective To investigate the influence of the central line bundle（CLB） to prevent ICU central line-associated blood stream infection（CLABSI）. Methods Dynamic monitoring and hand hygiene training were implemented in the baseline phase,systematic training CLB,dynamic monitoring and information feedback by CLB measure were implemented in intervention phase. Results The CLB overall compliance in adult baseline group was 0.0%,the CLB overall compliance in adult intervention group was 37.2%（P〈0.05）.The CLB overall compliance in children baseline group was7.9%,the CLB overall compliance in children intervention group was 20.1%（P〈0.05）.The incidence rate of CLABSI in adult baseline group was 7.6%,the incidence rate of CLABSI in adult intervention group was 2.3%（P〈0.05）.The incidence rate of CLABSI in children baseline group was 5.3%,the incidence rate of CLABSI in children intervention group was 0.0%（P〈0.05）. Conclusion CLB can significantly reduce the incidence rate of CLABSI in adults and children,improve CLB overall compliance in adults and children.
