摘要
堆肥是一种环境友好型动物尸体处理方法,国外的相关研究和应用具有近30年历史,比较而言,国内相关研究和应用非常有限。本文结合国内外相关文献资料,从动物尸体堆肥原理和特点、堆肥系统的结构及管理、堆体中微生物杀灭情况以及降解状态判定等方面对动物尸体堆肥技术进展进行综述,旨在为我国畜禽养殖场解决动物尸体处理难题提供技术参考和支持。
Composting is an environmentally sound method of carcass disposal, it has been exten-sively used for nearly 30 years., but information about domestic research and application is very few. Therefore, this study reviewed the previous works and recent advances related to car-cass composting, including principles and characteristics, structure and management, pathogenin-activation, as well as degradation evaluation, which might provide a reference for the farmers in tackle the carcass disposal issues.
