摘要
通过对酒钢炼轧厂影响氧枪供水、回水流量测量不准及供回水流量差值较大的主要因素分析,针对转炉氧枪供水、回水测量仪表运行现状和实际存在问题,在其原有的基础上提出改进方案及措施。方案实施后转炉氧枪系统安全保障功能得到完善,有效保证转炉吹炼生产安全可靠运行。彻底解决了氧枪冷却水无法测量的疑难问题,取得良好效果。
Based on the Wine steel roiling plant of oxygen lance water supply, water flow measurement uncertainty and main factors of backwater flow larger difference analysis, according to the operation situation of Converter oxygen lance water supply, water meter and the actual existing problems, the paper puts forward the improvement scheme and measures on the previous basis. The lance system security function after the implementation of the project is improved, and the production of safe and reliable operation of the converter is effectively ensured which completely solves the difficult problem which the oxygen lance cooling water can not be measured, and achieves good results.
