某助推器环形喷管效率分析

Analysis on Annular Nozzle Efficiency of a Certain Booster

摘要 采用基于雷诺平均的二维Naiver-Stokes方程和标准κ-ε湍流模型的有限体积法,对某助推器环形喷管内流场进行了数值仿真计算,分析了中心体角度和长度对喷管效率的影响。结果表明,增大中心体角度可有效增加发动机推力系数,提高喷管效率;随着中心体长度的增加,发动机推力系数呈上升趋势,但有一定的波动,波动程度与中心体角度有关。所得结论可为环形喷管的设计提供参考。 The flow fields of a annular nozzle were calculated by finite volume method based on 2-D Reynolds average Naiver-Stokes equa- tion and standard κ-ε turbulence model. The effects of angle and length of center body on nozzle efficiency were analyzed. The results show that the thrust coefficient and nozzle efficiency can be improved with increase of center body angle. The thrust coefficient is also can be en- hanced by increasing the length of center body, but it fluctuation is in a certain region. The fluctuation is dependent on the angle of center body. The conclusion is helpful for annular nozzle design.
