以岛津PDA-7000型光谱仪为例介绍了在建立工作曲线时应该注意的问题和相应的技巧。可以帮助初学者熟悉工作曲线制作方法。
Some attentions and the corresponding technology in establishing working curve were described in detail based on the SHIMADZU PDA-7000 spectrometer,which could help the beginners familiar with the working curve method.
