摘要
目的：观察肱骨近端内固定锁定系统（PHILOS ）治疗老年肱骨近端骨折的疗效。方法对我院2010年12月～2013年10月老年肱骨近端骨折患者27例采用切开复位PHILOS钢板螺钉内固定手术。结果本组所有病例都得到有效固定，无感染及内固定失败的发生，术后随访5～34月，平均17．6月，均获得骨性愈合，根据Neer肩关节功能评分系统进行疗效评估并随访其功能，优16例，良8例，可3例，优良率达88．9％。结论应用PHILOS治疗老年肱骨近端骨折固定可靠，术后可早期进行功能锻炼，能明显改善肩关节功能。
Objective To observe the effect of proximal humerus fractures in ederly patients with PHILOS . Methods From december 2012 to october 2013 ,27 patients with proximal humerus fractures were treated with open reduction and PHILOS internal fixation .Results All patients with proximal humerus fractures were treated by in-ternal fixation effectively .In the durations of follow -up ranged from 5 months to 34 months （average of 17 .6 months ） ,all of patients obtained bony union .According to Neer articulatio capitis humeri function scoring sys-tem ,fineness rate was 88 .9% . Conclusion PHILOS had the advantage of stable fixation and earlier functional training ,it was proved to be an effective method in treatment of elderly proximal humerus fractures .
