摘要
针对传统隧道炉结构设计存在的问题,提出一种密封式隧道型电烘炉的设计,采用密封式链网回镗结构,实现工作段与非工作段链网均保温,减少非工作段链网的热量损失。通过对动滚轮的受力分析,推导临界有效拉力方程,确定合适的链网包角;基于链网回膛结构的动力学特性分析,推导链网极限动张力的计算公式,确定链网与滚筒之间不打滑的必要条件,有效保证链网的平稳传动。测试结果表明:密封式隧道炉节能效果大大优于传统敞开式隧道炉,节能效果明显。
Aiming at the existing problems of traditional tunnel furnace structure design,a seal-style tunnel electric oven was studied in which seal-style chain mesh belt return-furnace structure was used to realize heat preservation of working and nonworking chain mesh belt,and reduce the heat-loss of non-working chain mesh belt. Through analysis on the force of scroll,the equation of criti-cal effective tension was derived to determine the appropriate wrap angle. Based on the dynamic characteristic analysis of seal-style chain mesh belt return-furnace structure,the formula of limited dynamic tension was derived,and the necessary conditions of non-slip between chain mesh belt and scroll were achieved to ensure the steady transmission. Test results show that it is obviously better than the traditional open-style tunnel oven on energy saving effect.
