摘要
随着电力、化工等行业的飞速发展,对过程控制系统安全性能的要求也越来越高。调节阀在工业过程控制中应用广泛。受距离、安装、其它设备的影响,调节阀的输入源经常会丢失,因此,研究气动调节阀在信号源、电源、气源丢失情况下的保护动作,具有很实际的作用。该文介绍了两种广泛应用的阀门定位器在断信号、断电、断气源时的自动保护原理,以及实现其功能所需要的硬件。通过两种方案的比较分析,工程应用时可根据工艺流程控制的需要选择更为合适的带三断保护功能的定位器。
The security of control system is more and more important as the rapid development of electric power,chemical industry and so on.All kinds of control valve is widely used in industrial process control system.The input signals of control valve are usually lost because of the distance,installation and influence of other equipments.The protection's study of control valve under the lost input signal of analog quantity, power,gas source is very useful.This article introduced the principle and needed hardware of two kinds of widely used valve's positioer.By comparing the two schemes,we can choose mote appropriate positioned according to industrial process in practical applicstion.
