摘要
模块化设计是桥式起重机系列产品实现高度通用化的基础，是现代企业技术实力和综合竞争能力的根本，是实现短周期、高效益的最佳解决方案。文中以量大面广的桥式起重机系列为对象，运用模块化设计思路，探索模块化设计方法，对系列的小车、卷筒和钢丝绳、车轮组和运行机构、端梁进行设计，实现了5—100t、A3-A6共340个规格系列模块化的设计工作。
The modular design is the basis for bridge crane products to realize high generalization, the root of tech- nology strength and comprehensive competitiveness in modern enterprises, and the short-term high-efficient optima/ solution. The study takes the widely-used bridge cranes as study object to design the trolley , drum, steel rope, wheel set, running mechanism, and end beam using the modular design theory and modular design method, in order to accomplish modular design for 340 series including 5 - 100 t, A3 - A6.
