摘要
以底盘开发中的行驶跑偏问题为例,对六西格玛设计方法(DFSS)在底盘开发中的应用进行了初步探讨。由于DFSS与全球整车开发流程(GVDP)在指导思想和逻辑上高度契合,该方法既可作为GVDP的重要补充,也有助于由点及面地逐步建立自身的研发体系。
Through the case study of steering pull, application of DFSS in the chassis development is discussed. Because of the perfect match of philosophy and logic between DFSS and GVDP, DFSS not only can be the augmentation of GVDP system, but also has a huge potential to help local OEMs build their own system gradually.
