摘要
借用数制领域位权的概念,分析了电气火灾现场中不同位置物证的证据力,说明电气火灾原因是由权最大的物证决定的。并得出结论:对于电流因素导致的火灾,远离电源方向物证的权较大;对于电压因素导致的火灾,电源方向物证的权较大。为电气火灾现场勘验和物证提取提供参考。
This paper makes the uses of the concept of a bit - right in a number field, analyses the probative value of physical evidence in different locations of the electrical fire scene. It is to know where the greatest probative value of physical is and to provide a quick method for the site survey and extracting evidence. It also provides a determined criteria to cognizance an electrical fire reason, namely the fire cause is by the decision of maximum bit - right of physical evidence.
