摘要
介绍了营销管理视角下的图书馆参考咨询服务的特点,进行了图书馆参考咨询结构层与营销管理结构层的耦合分析,提出了营销管理视角下的图书馆参考咨询服务的策略,绘制了参考咨询服务营销过程图。
This paper introduces the features of library's reference service from the perspective of marketing management, makes the coupling analysis on the structured layers of library's reference service and the the structured layers of the marketing management, puts forward some strategies for library's reference service from the perspective of marketing management, and draws a marketing process diagram of the reference service.
