在高校图书馆快速发展中,为了解决馆员工作难度增加、工作压力加大、人员紧张的问题,不少图书馆引进了学生管理员。详细介绍了学生管理员的权利和义务,探讨了保障学生管理员权利和义务的对策。
In the rapid development of university library, in order to help the librarians to solve the problems of the increase of job difficulty, the increase of working pressure and the shortage of personnel, a lot of libraries have introduced student librarians. This paper introduces in detail the rights and obligations of student librarians, and puts forward some countermeasures for ensuring the rights and obligations of student librarians.
