摘要 Suppressor of cytokine signaling 3 (SOCS3) proteins, a Pmember of SOCS family, are predominantly expressed in Th2 cells, and it has an important role in regulating the onset and maintenance of Th2-mediated allergic immune disease.1 SOCS can translocate from cytoplasm to nucleus when the level in cytoplasm increases, and localize to cell membrane where it binds to receptors. However, to our knowledge, there has been no documentation whether SOCS can transport to the intercellular space or circulating body fluids, let alone the subsequent biological significance.
