摘要
目的通过点评和分析我院门诊中成药手写处方规范性与合理性,从而提高处方书写质量,促进临床合理使用中成药。方法将我院2012年1月至12月每月1日的门诊中成药手写处方随机抽取50张,对抽取所有处方逐一进行点评并统计分析。结果全年共抽取处方600张,处方平均药品品种为1.3种,药品规范名称使用率为98.5%,不合格处方率为13.2%。结论我院门诊中成药处方用药基本合理,但仍存在一些问题,需要加强管理。
Objective Through reviewing and analyzing the normative and rationality of this hospital handwritten Chinese paten medicine prescription, so as to improve the writing quality prescription and promote reasonable clinical use of the Chinese patent medicine. Methods The 50 prescriptions are randomly sampled from our hospital outpatient handwritten Chinese patent medicine prescrip- tions at a day per month from January 2012 - December 2012. which are reviewed and statistical and statistical analyzed one by one. Results A total of 600 prescriptions were taken throughout a year. Prescription drugs were an average of 1.3 species. The rate of drugs specifications utilization was 98.5%. The failure rate was 13.2%. Conclusion Chinese patent medicine prescription of the hospital is basically rational, but there are still some questions that need to reinforce the management.
