摘要
以阳极氧化法制作的多孔阳极氧化铝(PAA)膜为模板,采用旋涂法在PAA膜上浇注不同浓度的聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯(PMMA)/二甲基甲酰胺(DMF)溶液制作出了表面具有纳米柱结构的PMMA膜。实验结果显示采用磷酸溶液制备的PAA膜的孔径在300 nm左右且排列规整,采用质量分数为10%和20%的PMMA/DMF溶液制作的PMMA膜表面的纳米柱的粘连现象较严重,而采用质量分数为15%的PMMA/DMF溶液能够得到表面纳米柱间隔均匀的膜。具有表面纳米柱矩阵结构的高聚物的制作方法能够为仿壁虎脚材料和大比表面积材料的制作提供帮助。
Single layer polymethylmethacrylate( PMMA) membranes with nano-pillars array were fabricated by dripping different concentration PMMA /di methyl formamide( DMF) solutions on single layer porous anodic alumina( PAA)membranes in spin coating method. Experimental results showed there were ordered pores with about 300 nm diameter on surface of PAA membranes,adhesion phenomenon between nano-pillars was very severe when concentration of PMMA /DMF were 10% and 20wt%,however,PMMA membrane with regular nano-pillars array could be acquired by using15wt% PMMA /DMF solution. Above method for fabricating PMMA membranes with nano-pillars array can provide a help for developing mimetic gecko-food and big surface area nano-materials.
