摘要
采用硅烷偶联剂3-氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷(KH-550)对粉石英表面进行改性,然后将改性粉石英填充到涂料中研制出一种新型防氡涂料。通过湿法球磨改性方法,利用正交实验获得了粉石英改性的最佳工艺条件,通过浸润性测试和红外光谱分析了改性效果,通过对涂料的防氡效率测试和表面形貌研究了防氡涂料的防氡性能。结果表明,最佳改性条件为:矿浆浓度50%,偶联剂用量0.4%,改性时间20min,球料比3,转速2000r/min,pH值为7;改性粉石英填充涂料制备的新型防氡涂料的氡屏蔽率高达95.8%,防氡效果显著,且涂料的基本性能符合GB/T9756—2009《合成树脂乳液内墙涂料》标准要求。
The surface of natural powder quartz was modified by(3-Aminopropyl) triethoxysilane KH-550 through the method of wet ball-milling and then a new kind of anti-radon coating filled with modified powder quartz was prepared in this paper. The optimum processing conditions were obtained by orthogonal design. The effect of modification was analyzed by wettability test and IR spectrum,and the performance of radon prevention of anti-radon paint was studied by radon mitigation efficiency test and SEM.The results showed that the optimum technological conditions were as follows:slurry concentration was 50%,dosage of modifier was0.4%,modification time was 20 min,ratio of ball to powder was 3∶1,grinding speed was 2000 r/min and the pH was 7. And the radon shielding rate was up to 95.8% of anti-radon coating which filled with modified powder quartz,and it has an obvious effect on radon prevention. In addition,the basic properties of the coating can meet the requirements specified in national standard GB/T9756—2009 "Synthetic resin emulsion coatings for interior wall".
