摘要
采用文献资料法、访谈法、个案分析法、田野工作法,以番禺培智学校为例,从学生诊断、确定教育目标、召开IEP会议、实施教学、教学效果评估五个部分分析番禺培智学校IEP体育教学的实施情况。研究发现:番禺培智学校在学生诊断时缺少相关专家的参与;教育目标没有完全依据学生的IEP长、短目标进行;IEP会议缺少专家和行政人员参与;实施教学时教师人员不足并缺少专业指导;教学评估手段单一等情况。
With Fanyu School for Mentally Retarded Children as a sample, this article employs literature material method, interview method, case analysis method and work-field method to analyze the implementation of IEP in PE teaching in Fanyu School for Mentally Retarded Children from five aspects, diagnosis of students, the determination of educational goals, the holding of IEP meetings, the implementation of teaching and the assessment of teaching effect. The research findings are mainly as follows:first, there are no experts to take part in the student’ s diagnosis; second, the educational goals have not followed students’long-term or short-term IEP goals; third, there are no experts and administrators attending the IEP meetings;fourth, there is lack of teachers and professional instructions in the implementation of teaching;fifth, the method of teaching evaluation is too unitary.
