摘要
目的探讨临床护理路径（CNP）在腹部带蒂皮瓣修复术患者康复中的应用效果。方法将80例施行腹部带蒂皮瓣修复术患者随机分为对照组和观察组各40例。对照组患者给予常规的护理方法，观察组在这基础上采用CNP对患者进行健康教育。比较2组患者健康知识掌握情况和满意率。结果观察组患者满意率和健康知识掌握均显著高于对照组（P〈0．01，P〈O．05）。结论临床护理路径应用于腹部带蒂皮瓣修复术患者可获优秀的护理质量，提高患者健康知识掌握度及满意度，值得临床推广应用。
Objective To discuss application effect of clinical nursing recovery of patients treated with pedicled abdominal flaps repair. Methods A pathway （CNP） on total of 80 patients treated with pedicled abdominal flaps repair were randomly divided into control group and observation group, 40 cases, respectively. Patients in control group were given routine nursing methods while ob- servation group was educated through employing CNP based on that. The mastery of knowledge and de- gree of satisfaction were compared between 2 groups. Results The mastery of health knowledge and degree of satisfaction in observation group were obviously higher than control group （P 〈 0. 01, or P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion CNP applied in patients with pedicled abdominal flaps repair can obtain better quality of nursing, improve the mastery of health knowledge and degree of satisfaction, which is de- serving extensive application in clinic.
